Why does Space ask me to agree to the terms?
The first time you sign in (and when the terms change), Space asks you to tick "I agree" to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The first time you sign in, Space shows Before you start with links to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Tick I have read and agree… and press Agree and continue.
During the beta there's a second box: "I understand that during the beta, Space records how I use it, including my clicks and my screen, but never what I type, so the team can find and fix problems." Tick both to carry on. The recordings are kept 30 days, used only to improve Space, never sold, and stop when the beta ends. To have yours deleted sooner, email hello@stillespace.com.
- You're asked once per account. Signing in on another computer doesn't ask again.
- When we change the terms, you'll be asked again the next time you open Space, so you always know what you agreed to.
- We keep a record of when you agreed and to which version.
- If you don't want to agree, press Sign out instead. You can't use Space without agreeing.
Homeowners a cabinet shop invited: your agreement for the cabinets, the price and the work is with that shop. These terms only cover using Space to look at the kitchen, send messages and accept an estimate.
Still stuck? In the Space app, press Ask Space, or email hello@stillespace.com.
