This policy explains what Stille Space Inc ("Stille Space," "we") collects when you use Space by Stille Home (the website, the web app and the desktop app), how we use it, and your choices. In short: we collect what we need to run Space, we don't sell your personal information, and we don't use ad trackers.

We use cookies and similar storage only to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To run Space: save and sync your kitchens, make drawings and files, and show kitchens to the people you share them with.
To bill you, send receipts, and send the notices these terms require (renewal reminders, price changes).
To answer support questions.
To keep Space secure and prevent misuse.
To improve Space using usage patterns and error reports. We don't use your designs to train AI models.
To send product news, only if you opt in; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
People you share with. Anyone you invite to a kitchen or send a link to sees what you share. If a shop invited you, that shop sees your activity on its kitchen.
Shops you choose. If you send your kitchen to a shop as a lead, that shop gets your name, contact details, kitchen address and design. We send it only when you ask.
Stille Home Inc. Stille Home is a cabinet shop owned by the same founder. It gets your contact and project details only if you check the box asking Stille Home to contact you about a quote.
Service providers that run parts of Space for us, under contracts that limit their use of your data to that work: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (the AI help chat) [and Sentry (error reports)]. Some code libraries and fonts load from content delivery networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr and Google Fonts), which see your IP address.
The law and safety. When required by law, or to protect people's safety or our rights.
A buyer. If Space is sold or merged, your information may move to the new owner under this policy.
We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Your choices and rights
See and update your account details in the app.
Download your kitchens at any time.
Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or to correct or delete it, at hello@stillespace.com. We'll answer within 45 days. We may keep records the law requires, such as payment records.
Turn off product emails with the unsubscribe link.
Withdraw a lead or Stille Home contact request by emailing us; we'll tell the shop to stop using your details.
We offer these to everyone, wherever you live.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. After it closes, we delete your content within 90 days (backups cycle out after that), and keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires.
Security
Data travels encrypted, and access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Children
Space isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Do Not Track
Space doesn't track you across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Changes
We'll post any change here with a new effective date, and email you before a significant change takes effect.

Visitor counts on stillespace.com

We count visits to stillespace.com with PostHog, an analytics service, so we know which pages people read. It records the page, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so each visit is counted on its own and isn't linked to you or to your Space account. It doesn't record what you type or how you move around the page. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", it isn't counted at all.
Error reports from the Space app
When something goes wrong in the Space app at app.stillespace.com, the app sends us a short error report through PostHog: the error message, where in the app's code it happened, the page, and your browser. It doesn't include your kitchens, your name, email addresses or anything you typed, sets no cookies, and isn't linked to your account (beta testers, see below). We use these reports only to find and fix problems.
Beta testing
Added to this draft for the beta (10/15/2026), for the lawyer's review.
While Space is in beta, we learn from how beta testers use the app so we can find and fix problems before launch. If you're signed in to the Space app as a beta tester, the app also sends us, through PostHog:
- which pages you open and which buttons, tabs and menus you use (their names, not anything you type);
- a recording of your screen while you use the app, including the 3D view, with every field you type into hidden.
These are linked to your Space account by an ID number, not your name or email address. Your error reports are linked the same way, so we can see what you were doing when something went wrong. You agree to this by ticking a box in the sign-up agreement before you start; the beta can't be used without it. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, and you can ask us at hello@stillespace.com to delete yours sooner.
We use this only to fix and improve Space. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising. It stops for everyone when the beta ends.
