Cancelling and refunds

Free trial. Monthly plans start with 14 days free. Cancel any time during the trial in Account → Billing and you won't be charged.

Your first 3 paid months. Month to month. Cancel online any time; you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

The 12-month term. If you keep your plan past your 3rd paid month, it becomes a 12-month commitment at the same monthly price. We email you 7 days before it starts, so you can cancel first if you want. During the 12 months you can't cancel early, and the remaining monthly payments are due. You can turn off renewal at any time; your plan then ends when the term ends.

After the 12 months. Month to month again. Cancel any time.

Yearly plans. Paid up front and renewed each year unless you turn off renewal. We email you 15 to 45 days before each renewal. We don't refund part of a year.

Extra users. Remove them any time in Account → Users; the change applies from [your next billing date].

Homeowner drawing sets ($149). Preview the drawings free before you buy. Because they unlock as soon as you pay, a drawing set isn't refundable after you download it. One free revision is included, and if something is wrong because of an error in Space, we'll fix it.

Other refunds. Apart from the above, payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. If we charged you by mistake, we'll refund it.

After you cancel. You can sign in and download your kitchens for 30 days.

How to cancel. Account → Billing → Cancel plan, or email hello@stillespace.com. We'll confirm by email.
