A shop shared a kitchen with me. How do I open it?

For homeowners and designers a cabinet shop invited. Open the invite email, sign in with that same email, and the kitchen opens.

This is for homeowners and interior designers a cabinet shop invited to see a kitchen. It's free for you. (If you're designing your own kitchen, see "How do I start designing my kitchen?" instead.)

Open the invite

1. Find the email. The subject is "[Shop name] shared a kitchen with you". If you already had a Space account, you get a sign-in email ("Your sign-in link for Space") instead.
2. Press Open the kitchen (or Sign in to Space). No password needed.
3. The kitchen opens in 3D.

Next time

Go to app.stillespace.com/view.html.

1. Under See your kitchen, type the email the shop invited and press Email me a sign-in link.
2. Open the link in the email on the same device, or type the code and press Open the kitchen.
3. If more than one kitchen was shared with you, you'll see Your kitchens. Pick one.

Use the email the shop invited

The invite belongs to one email address. If you sign in with another one you'll see:

• "This kitchen isn't shared with you": ask the shop to invite the email you're using, or press Sign out and sign in with the invited one.
• "No kitchens yet": nothing has been shared with that email.

"No connection"

Shared kitchens open online only. Check your connection and reload.

"This link has ended"

You opened a view-only link that doesn't work any more (for example, the kitchen was removed), or only part of the link was copied. Check that you copied the whole link, or ask the shop for it again.

Who you're dealing with

The design, the price, the schedule and the work are between you and the shop. Space is the software the shop uses.
