What happens to my information?
The short version of Space's privacy page: what we keep, who sees it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
This is a short summary. The full privacy page is at stillespace.com/privacy.html and is the one that counts.
What Space keeps
- Everyone who signs in: your email and name, and for shops, which shop you're on and your role.
- Cabinet shops: your kitchens, drawings, estimates, messages, uploaded files and the client details you enter.
- Homeowners designing their own kitchen: your name, email, phone, the kitchen's address, when you want to start, and whether Stille Home may contact you about a quote. Stille Home Inc can see these details and your kitchen. Stille Home's cabinet shop contacts you about a quote only if you ticked that box.
- Homeowners and designers a shop invited: your email and the name the shop typed, which kitchens you were invited to, your messages, and, if you accept an estimate, the name you typed and when. The shop that invited you sees these.
Payments
Card details go straight to Stripe. Space never sees or stores your card number.
Who can see what
- Each shop's kitchens, files and team are kept apart from every other shop's.
- People a shop invites see only the kitchens they were invited to. They don't see the shop's other kitchens, settings, or prices that haven't been sent.
- Anyone who has a view-only link can look at that one kitchen. They can't change it or comment.
- We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
On your own computer
The Space app keeps kitchens and the offline license on your computer so it can work without internet. That stays on the computer unless you sign in and sync. The desktop app also remembers which folder you picked for cut files.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@stillespace.com. If a shop entered your details or invited you, you can also ask the shop.
