The Files page and your storage limit

Upload photos, plans and PDFs for the shop; each shop has 10 GB of file space.

Files keeps photos, site measurements, floor plans and PDFs for your shop. Only your team can see them. You need to be signed in and online.

Upload

1. Open Files.
2. Press Upload files and choose one or more files.

You'll see "N file(s) uploaded." If a file has the same name as one already there, the new one replaces it.

Download

Press Download next to a file.

How much space you have

Each shop has 10 GB for files. The Files page shows how much you've used ("… of 10.00 GB used"), and the Shop page has a meter.

Kitchens don't count toward the 10 GB, and there's no limit on how many kitchens you have.

"Your shop's file space is full"

The upload stopped because the shop is at its limit. Uploads that finished before it are kept. To make room, delete files you don't need: Delete on the file's row, then Delete it?

Tips

• Name files with the job name so they're easy to find, e.g. "Hartley - site measure.pdf".
• To work from a floor plan in the studio, you don't need to upload it here. Use Room → Floor plan → Choose a picture or PDF in the studio.
